CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT
THIS CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT DATED THIS DAY & MONTH 2019 / 2021 BETWEEN
5 STAR FILM COMPANY LTD. [The "Agent"] of the first part, and {The Prospector} who has applied to view the
Business Plan, whose Name & Contact details have been registered on the form that accessed this Confidentiality
Agreement page, who being the party of the second part
BACKGROUND:
1. The Prospector is interested in pursuing confidential information concerning Company Investment opportunities,
2. All information concerning this transaction including the names addresses & contact
details of the Investments,its Trade Secrets,Intellectual Properties,Operations Manual, Business Plan,affiliated investment details,and Industry secrets related to the Agreement are considered as confidential and shall not be discussed with other parties outside of the context of the Contracts interest without prior notice & permission.
Remedies:
The Prospector recognises that the agreement not to disclose the Confidential Business information,our confidentiality
agreement is a means of preventing outside interests flooding the
Media Industry with an over capacity to sustain the International Franchise Market against
competitive sources and therefore agrees to maintain the principles of the
Confidentiality Agreement.
Assignments: The Agreement shall allow the 5 Star Film Co.Ltd. Seller Agent
and its Directors,Representatives,to disclose the information concerning its business plans and Company assets.
INDEMNITY:
Both Prospector & Agent shall indemnify themselves from any
legal claims,disputes,grievances outside the legal framework of this
agreement that constitutes a right to share 5 Star Film Company Ltd. Trade Secrets.
No deployment of any Company Business Models,Television Programs,through other parties, nor Television Channel launch outside of a licensed Contract agreement with us,as the “referral Agent”is permitted. The Prospector agrees that if the Agent is disclosing information as to how a Network Television Channel launch is conducted, then therefore no involvement with the said Business Enterprise deployment will be undertaken outside of a contract agreement with 5 Star Film Company,regarding the entire business venture prospect. Submission of the application form may be to inspect the Business plan & its trade secrets,or view Television programs,and constitutes the acceptance of the Confidentiality agreement.
This Agreement represents the entire constitutes of the Agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF BOTH PARTIES HAVE READ & UNDERSTOOD THE AGREEMENT
PRIOR TO INSPECTING THE BUSINESS PLAN.

PROSPECTOR SHALL GIVEN CONSENT TO THIS AGREEMENT ON SUBMISSION OF THE CONFIDENTIALITY AGREEMENT ACCESS FORM,WHERE THE AGREEMENT IS TICKED AS INCLUSIVE OF A SIGNED CONCLUSIVE AGREEMENT PER SUBMISSION.
